I didn’t choose this path—this path chose me.

Exclusion isn’t just something I’ve studied; it’s something I’ve lived. I know what it means to be overlooked, to have doors shut before they’re even opened, and to navigate spaces that weren’t designed for you. But instead of letting that define me, I made a choice: to challenge the status quo and reshape the conversation around inclusion.

Today, I am recognized as Canada’s Top Inclusion Strategist, helping organizations, leaders, and investors turn good intentions into measurable impact. My expertise isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about breaking barriers, building cultures of belonging, and ensuring that diversity is more than a corporate talking point.

Through keynote speaking, strategic advising, and media engagement, I work with companies and institutions to move beyond performative action and create real, lasting change. Because inclusion isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s the smartest business decision you can make.

I’ve spent over a decade in various leadership roles within the finance industry, navigating the intersection of business, strategy, and inclusion. My experience has given me a deep understanding of the systemic barriers that exist—and the strategies needed to break them down.

Beyond my industry work, I am also a seasonal professor, where I educate and empower the next generation of leaders to build more inclusive, forward-thinking workplaces.
